Player housing general info
Players can have their own houses, outside of npc-building/dungeon/cave/guard/town area's and only on flat, non-road surfaces. You can not place a house
over NPC's or players. If you are being caught having a house on a non-legit place, please keep in mind that it might and probably will end up being deleted.
To place a house you must have a house deed, and please note that you are allowed to have only 1 house per account and that
being a co-owner of another house is also counted as having a house on your account.
Generally there are 2 types of player houses,
- Private
- Public

Where can I get a house deed?
Sometimes players might sell one but you could also try searching for an NPC architect. They also sell
house deeds (castles and keeps deeds are disabled at this moment, they might become available again in the future
but for now they are disabled).
Furthermore T2A players should take notice that house deeds are stealable and lootable on the T2A shard! Be warned!

Private player houses
When you place your house, it will automaticly become a private house. The front doors will be locked and
1 frontdoor key will be placed in your bag (lootable and stealable on T2A shard) and one in your bankbox.
Private player houses can lock their front door(s). Private player houses can not have vendors. Private player houses can
not change the looks of their house sign. Innocent players that are not owner(s) or friends of the private house will appear
"grey" to the house owner(s) and friends. This means that the innocent player can be freely attacked/killed/looted without making the
house owner(s) or friends flagged as criminals. Obviously the attacking house owner(s) and friends will be counter-flagged "grey" to the
innocent player who they attack.

Public player houses
Only the real house owner can change a private house to a public house by using the menu that appears when he/she double clicks the house sign.
Public houses can not lock their front door(s). Public houses can have vendors. Public houses can change the looks of their house sign.
Innocent players remain "blue" inside public houses.

House commands
remove thyself - Kick targetted player from house
I ban thee - Ban targetter player from house
I wish to place a trash barrel - Places a trash barrel
I wish to lock this down - Lock downs targetted item
I wish to secure this - Secures targetted container
I wish to release this - Releases targetted item/container
The kick/ban command is available for all house owners and their house friends. The other commands are only for the house owner.
Please note that each house has a maximum number of lockdowns/secures (bigger houses have more). You can see this by double clicking your house sign.

Demolishing your house
Only the real house owner can demolish his/her house by using the menu that appears when he/she double clicks the house sign.
Things to keep in mind with demolishing your house:
- The house deed will be placed in your bank box.
- All items still inside the house will fall to the ground (so make sure you got all your valuable items safely removed before
you demolish).
- The ground where your house once was, will become available to other people to build their houses.

Selling your house deed
The best way to sell your housedeed is to try and sell it to a fellow player for a nice price because
the NPC architect will not give you full refund for your house deed (infact it is not even close to a full refund).
